The Parade of Homes is the perfect opportunity to check out new homes, features and communities in The Triangle. With over 185 homes in the Parade book, you can discover the fantastic new amenities that the newest Triangle homes and communities are offering.
For the next three weekends several new homes will be open to the public for tours. Explore these homes, their newest design and architectural features, along with the best community amenities instituted over the past year. Every October the best homes and communities in Wake County are showcased for free to the community. We will be viewing several of the homes, as well as showcasing some of our own.
