Each day, the Triangle, new listings appear as owners place their homes on the market. As of this writing, there are more than 8,000 properties for sale in our region. The good news for you is that Raleigh Cary Realty is tapped into the MLS (Multiple Listing System), which means all properties for sale in the Triangle are available to view on our website.
We wanted to make it easier by breaking down how to navigate our search: 1. To see all listings, visit our page at https://www.raleighcaryrealty.com/results-gallery/ and browse through any property you are interested in. Each listed home contains multiple photos you can peruse by clicking on the property.
2. In the search bar, you can enter the city or zip code that interests you the most. You can even enter a school name to find the properties listed in that district. The search bar also allows you to enter certain key words like “Ranch” or “Finished Basement”.
The page also allows you to filter and sort by the type of house you are desiring. Filters include price range, type of house (single family, condo, town home, etc.), number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, year built, stories, and even garage spaces.
3. You can also sort by how many days a house has been on the market to see if there are good deals for longer-listed properties, or to see what is fresh and hot before anyone else jumps on it. You can even see what’s coming soon.
4. If you find one or more properties you are interested in, you can click a link to contact us to speak with one of our agents.
