As an Economics major, I was instantly hooked with the home-buying process in 2003, after buying my first home in Raleigh. I wanted to know how it all worked. I found myself spending countless hours researching all of the ins and outs of the mortgage process, the housing market and the many ways to enhance property. Over the next few years, I proceeded to buy and sell several properties within the Triangle, and with each move, I became more intrigued.
